Christopher Howard is a writer, editor, and cultural strategist living in New York City. He’s the author of <a href=\"https://mitpress.mit.edu/9780262038461/the-jean-freeman-gallery-does-not-exist/\">The Jean Freeman Gallery Does Not Exist (MIT Press) and ran In Terms Of, an art blog with an archivist’s eye and a critic’s bite. His work drifts between contemporary art, architecture, sound, and subculture—equal parts slow burn and sharp edge. Offline, he plays bass guitar for two bands.
